Richard Robinson has over 40 years’ in the Energy industry including over 30 years in PNG. Over his time in industry Richard has worked for a number of Oil & Gas companies including; ExxonMobil, Woodside, Santos and BP as well as a range of gas transportation organisations and energy sector contractors. He spent the last 10 years of his corporate career with Oil Search and was responsible for their PNG production and drilling operations from 2010 until his retirement in 2013. He now works as a Non-Executive Director and Consultant.
Richard is a Member of the Institution of Engineers PNG and a former Director of the Australian Pipeline & Gas Association. He is also a Non-Executive Director of ASX listed LogiCamms Limited.
FINANCE MANAGER & COMPANY SECRETARY
Gladys Belvis is the Finance Manager and Company Secretary at NiuPower, where she manages the Company’s financial functions including accounting, audit, tax and treasury. She also leads corporate services and human resources activities.
Her career spans more than 15 years’ of varied experience in financial management, statutory audit, internal audit and consulting.
Prior to joining NiuPower, Gladys spent 12 years in “Big 4” accounting firms which provided the foundation for her accounting and financial management skills — gained over a broad spectrum of industries.
Gladys is a Certified Practising Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor and a Member of CPA PNG and Institute of Internal Auditors – Australia.
PROJECT DIRECTOR, PORT MORESBY POWER STATION
Michael Krause has 30 years in the Energy and Resource sector industries with 20 years on PNG related projects and portfolios, over this time Michael has worked with or for a number of Oil & Gas companies including Chevron, Oil Search, and ExxonMobil as well as working for several years with Tier1 EPC / EPCM contractor Bechtel. Michael has spent the last 14 years of his corporate career with Oil Search and has been responsible for their PNG O&G Projects Portfolio, Power Development Portfolio, and spent 5 years of this time as a JV partner Seconded to ExxonMobil PNG LNG Project Leadership team. Michael possesses strong commercial acumen and Leadership in Delivery Roles with award and execution of E, EPC, D&C, and EPCM contracts across all phases of project delivery.
Michael is a member of Institution of Engineers PNG, Institution of Engineers Australia, and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
EXTERNAL AFFAIRS MANAGER
Wellington Bellawa has over 23 years’ experience in the mining and energy industry in PNG. Over this period Wellington has worked for Porgera Joint Venture, BP, Lihir Gold Mine, Oil Search and Horizon Oil. He has held positions of manager in these organisations and was responsible for external affairs which predominantly meant continuous engagements, communication and liaison withvarious project communities and the government of PNG.
Tiriwel Wilfred Menget
Tiriwel Wilfred Menget has over 30 years’ experience in the mining and energy industry, including 18 years working on major capital projects in Australia, USA, South Korea, Angola, Nigeria, Thailand and Bangladesh. As operation professional he was engaged in Chevron Corporation’s major capital projects.
Tiriwel has worked for various mining, oil & gas companies, including Bougainville Copper Ltd, Porgera Gold Mine, Chevron Niugini Ltd, Chevron Corporation, Puma Energy mainly in operations and major capital projects.
